1. Services
3P Communication provides interior design plans and interior execution for residential and commercial spaces. The exact scope of each project is set out in the quotation and agreement you sign.
2. Quotations
Every quotation shows a single total amount for the agreed scope. Quotations are valid for [X] days from the date of issue.
Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately and starts only after your written approval.
3. Payments
Payments follow the schedule in your agreement. Work may pause if a scheduled payment is overdue.
4. Design revisions
Your plan includes the number of revision rounds stated in your quotation. Additional rounds may be quoted separately.
5. Timelines
Timelines are estimates agreed at the start of the project. Delays caused by changes in scope, late approvals, material shortages or events outside our control may extend them.
6. Intellectual property
Design plans, drawings and renders remain the property of 3P Communication until paid in full. After payment, you may use them for your own property. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.
7. Liability
Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse or by work carried out by third parties.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.
