Refund policy
Consultation booking is free.
Payments for design plans are non-refundable once the designer has started work on your plan.
For execution projects, refunds for unstarted work are handled according to the payment schedule in your signed agreement.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within [X] working days.
Cancellation policy
You can cancel a consultation at any time before the scheduled date at no cost.
To cancel a design plan or execution project, notify us in writing. Work completed up to the cancellation date is payable.
Custom furniture and materials ordered for your project cannot be cancelled once production has started.
